Short &  Long-Term Temporary Staffing: Our well- trained, ready-to-work professionals are available at short notice for call-ins, vacations, leaves, fluctuating work loads and special projects. We do not place any time limit on assignments; you may need employees for just a day or as long as a year. Most clients prefer us to select the most qualified professionals available, but you are welcome to review resumes or conduct interviews yourself. Employees remain on our payroll the entire time and we are responsible for their wages, taxes, benefits, worker’s compensation, bonding and malpractice coverages. We bill you once a week for the hours they work at your office at a rate agreed upon in advance. Rates vary according to job descriptions. A liquidated damages fee does apply if you offer employment to one of our temporary employees.

Permanent Placement Referrals: Select additions to your permanent staff from our pool of experienced professionals, candidates who are just as concerned as you about filling the right position. If we do not have appropriate candidates on file, an immediate recruitment campaign is started to meet your specific requirements. Our fee for this service is due only upon a successful placement. A form of permanent placement fee, liquidated damages, does apply if you offer employment to one of our temporary employees.

Employee Leasing: Your current staff, with or without exception, become the employees of Catalyst Healthcare Personnel. With your input, we are responsible for hiring, firing, evaluating, disciplining, commending and managing staff. Our proven methods of personnel management provide consistency throughout your organization. We handle tasks such as wage and benefit administration, payroll processing, tax submissions, worker’s compensation, unemployment issues and employee retention programs. Rates are extremely reasonable and vary according to job descriptions.
