OUR RATES

The rates you pay for the services of Catalyst Healthcare Personnel employees are based, for the most part, on the pay rates our employees earn. The pay rates are set to realistically attract qualified professionals commensurate with their skills and the prevailing wages in the area.

• Our temporary and leased employees are eligible for pay increases and bonuses for longevity of employment, superior performance and skill improvement.

• The difference between an employee wage and your invoice rate is our cost of doing business... worker’s compensation, state and federal unemployment taxes, social security tax, professional liability (malpractice) and general liability coverage, applicable benefits, administrative overhead and profit.

• Our permanent placement fees are an estimation of the costs we incur to recruit, interview, reference, test and evaluate an employee on your behalf. These costs vary depending upon availability of professionals in the marketplace, geographic location, advertising and incentives.

• Fees for consultant services are set after an understanding of the assignment is determined.

• All invoices for temporary employees are due within ten days. All invoices for employee leasing are due within three days. All other invoices are due immediately. A finance charge, computed by a periodic rate of 1 1/2% per month, which is 18%, annually, is added to all balances over thirty days.

• The temporary staffing and employee leasing services provided by Catalyst Healthcare Personnel are made possible only through the expenditure of substantial amounts of money for recruiting, interviewing, testing, evaluating and orienting employees. If you hire one of our employees within six months of the completion of that employee’s assignment to your organization, you are responsible for our "liquidated damages" fee as reimbursement for our expenses.
