OUR RECRUITMENT & ORIENTATION PROCESS

Catalyst Healthcare Personnel personnel are hired with one purpose in mind... to satisfy your staffing needs. When you contact our office, we always spend time with you discussing the job to be done so that we may get a very clear picture of the person that will do it best. The following procedures are consistently followed during our recruitment process:

Pre-Screened: All candidates are required to submit a resume in advance. Once it has been reviewed, a personal interview is scheduled.

Interviewed: All candidates are professionally interviewed and evaluated. We learn about their expertise, work habits, professional plans and personal dreams. Personal rapport is very important to us; we believe our employees must be achieving their own goals if they are to be valuable to you and us.

Tested: When appropriate, knowledge and skill tasting are utilized. Our tests are nationally developed, interactive, customizable and validated.

Oriented & Trained: Hired applicants are given a complete orientation during which they learn what their responsibilities are to you, what they may expect from us and what we expect from them. We provide our staff with a written patient bill of rights, extensive written facility protocols, ongoing written updates regarding such issues as care management, restraint, OSHA guidelines, code identifiers and procedures, etc. We test for orientation/training comprehension and always work in conjunction with our client facilities to provide site-specific training sessions. We incorporate training films and host trainers. We also encourage our staff, through financial incentives, to continue their education.

Evaluated: You, like other clients of our service, receive an evaluation form soon after an employee is assigned to your organization. Completion of these forms, after you have had an opportunity to review their performance, allows us ongoing quality control.

Credentialed: All Catalyst Healthcare Personnel employees are appropriately licensed and certified. Proof of licensure is readily provided at your request.

Drug & Alcohol Screened: All clinical staff are tested for drug and alcohol abuse.
