WORKER COMPENSATION

All employees are covered by worker compensation laws in the event of an injury or illness caused by or arising out of the course of employment. Work-related injuries and/or illnesses, no matter how minor, must be reported IMMEDIATELY to us. Failure to do so will result in loss of benefits.

UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION

In the State of Michigan, eligible employees are covered for unemployment compensation. To be eligible to receive benefits, an employee must be out of work through no fault of their own, able and available for comparable work based on skill, experience and education or training and actively seeking employment.
