CONFIDENTIALITY
All information concerning patients,
clients and Catalyst Healthcare Personnel must be held in strict
confidence. Information must not be discussed outside the scope of the
job or outside the regular work area. Reasons for illnesses, diagnoses
and treatments of patients are strictly confidential matters and must be
respected.
EVALUATIONS
The progress you make on the job is
important to everyone. Your work performance is often evaluated by our
clients and results are available for your review by appointment.
RESIGNATIONS
Two weeks notice of intent to terminate
employment is required. More notice allows us time to find a replacement
for your assigned position.
PERSONNEL RECORDS
It is important that personnel records be
kept up-to-date. Please notify our office of any change in name,
address, telephone number and income tax deductions. Higher educational
achievements or additional experience should be reported promptly.
SAFETY
Catalyst Healthcare Personnel is concerned
with the working conditions for employees and safety for patients and
visitors as well. You are responsible for reporting fire hazards, unsafe
practices or conditions, malfunctioning equipment and any accident
occurring on the worksite to our office. To neglect reporting such
information postpones corrections of hazards and puts everyone in
danger.
