TIMECARDS AND PAYCHECKS
Employees are paid biweekly. The hourly
rate for general positions is at standard time for up to 40 hours per
week and at time and one-half for hours over 40. The hourly rate for
usual staff relief positions, such as RNs, MLPNs, CNAs and other
designated positions is at standard time for 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
and at time and one-half for hours in excess of scheduled shifts.
Employees who work on designated major
holidays will be paid according to the policy of the facility to which
they are assigned.
We use one form to both pay you and to
invoice our clients . . . the timecard. Timely submission of
supervisor-approved timecards are your responsibility. They must be
received in our office not later than 12:00 Noon every Monday. If you
are not certain that your timecard will be delivered in time,
arrangements should be worked out with our office. There is a dropbox in
our building for those of you who prefer to deliver timecards
personally.
Paychecks are issued every other Friday.
Checks cover all hours worked for the two-week period ending the
preceding Sunday. If you prefer to pick up your check personally, be
certain to notify our office before Wednesday of payweek.
